I really like the place and they do great work. When I went into Federal Way Automotive and Radiator to change my oil, my oil pan was stripped so we had to order a new one for my car. It was kind of a hard thing to get so I had to leave my car. That was the only thing I disliked. He did his very best to find a part for me. I appreciated that. I like that they are so nice and friendly. I like that they are a family-owned business. more

Service that is not only expert and professional but personal and friendly. 6/6/2013

This is the second time this year that my aging vehicle has been in the shop. Both times my Blazer received the care it needed in a prompt manner. Beyond that Ron and Tracy treated me like a long-time friend of the family. I watched how they treated other clients and was happily impressed. I so appreciate the way I was treated and my car not only runs again but runs very well again. Thank you Ron and Tracy! more

Great Service/Friendly Atmosphere 5/11/2013

My car was in for major repair and I needed to wait onsite. It was a relaxing and pleasant wait in the comfortable waiting room. Lots of reading material available and the staff extremely kind. The mechanics and office manager clearly respect each other and seem to have a lot of fun on the job... a great place all-around. more

Overall Good 5/10/2013

Federal Way Automotive & Radiator helped me with a couple different problems with my Audi. They put in a new radiator and rear differentials, all for a cheaper price than their competitors I considered quoted. They did well, I have not had any problems with the work they did for me. more

Honest Service 4/25/2013

I've been to a lot of places that want to sell you stuff you don't need. These guys worked with me and were honest right up front. They wanted to do the least expensive thing first to see if it worked and then go from there instead of the most expensive route. That shows integrity, which I look for. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I now have a new shop in which I can trust. These guys rock. more
