Fazio Cleaners is the best. If you ever spring for laundry service and find joy in little things, take it here. Your socks will come back bundled in rubber bands and your shirts will be folded so perfectly you want to leave them in the little individual plastic wrappings they come in. Even your precious intimates will be portioned off into plastic bags. The people who work here are so nice. They make you feel comfortable and it seems like they are trying to connect with the customer. Hard to find these days? more

I stumbled on Fazio Cleaners when I was looking for some place to have my three-piece suit dry cleaned. I'd worn it for portraits and it got filthy. Prices were very reasonable and did a *perfect* job - I will take all my stuff there going forward. more

This is a great place ( Iand I usually don't say this about a business ). The staff appears to care about you and their customer service is outstanding.\r \r I took in several blouses for repair ( a couple of buttons were ripped out ) and although I did not give it much of a chance to be repaired, fazios did a great job of fixing it. Unless you know where the rips were, there is no way you would be able to tell. Excellent workmanship. more

Nelson was awesome. He immediately helped me when I came in with a damaged zipper. I was told it would be fixed by Thursday and when I came back in it was done on time. I am very happy with the service. more

I use the pick up and delivery and the service is very good most of the time, shirts are always delivered when promised. When compared to other local cleaners in the BH area, the prices are about the same as others. Very good so far. more

I don't know where the user before found the positive comments online, but anyways....\r \r The staff is rude and it takes them forever to get your laundry done (at least 2 days). I brought a pair of jeans that needed a new button and had to be repaired in the hip area...well after 5 days, they did change the button, but they never fixed them. I told them thousands times to use softner and they obviously didn't. In addition, they try to give you USED laundry bags and never have new ones!!!!That's not very hygenic....\r I honestly stopped going there because they kept making up excuses so that they could keep my laundry for at least 2 days. I asked for their laundry policy /schedule 3 times and they told me 3 different things. After living in NYC and SF, we know there are more bad dry cleaners than good ones, and didn't want to waste time sorting through bad ones here. Fazio looked impressive from the outside, and I found positive user comments online. So far our experience there has been really good. Though the prices are definitely higher than I'm used to. Quality: our sweaters are delivered folded nicely over pants hangers, with tissue paper inside the fold, then tied around with a ribbon to keep it securely on the hanger, and each has its own small plastic ""hanging bag."" Very nice. So far everything we've taken to Fazio has been done as nicely as any dry cleaner I've visited before. As mentioned before, prices are a little high, even when you use their online coupons (don't forget your coupon! they won't give you the 30% discount without it. Print it from their website before you bring your items in). For our smaller orders, this is a perfect place. (For our larger orders, I may try to find a less expensive place.) Very quick service. Very professional. Free pick-up and delivery, I think, though we haven't tried it yet. Tiny parking lot, but usually free spaces. Pros: Great service, great quality, free pickup and delivery Cons: Pricey, a little snooty, occasionally a short wait for a spot in the parking lot more
