could not agree with the user above. 5 times is no exaggeration. I got into an accident in 2007 and took my car here because it was a blue ribbon center.\r
So far, I took my car in 8 times. The first 4 times were because they didn't align the car parts right, the windshield flap was missing, a screw was missing on the bottom of the windshield, and then the car made funny noises. (My car was a brand new car that I had for 2 months before this accident) When I got my car back, it was NOT in the same shape as it was before the accident. \r
Then my car stopped in the middle of the road one day, only to find out that the mechanics did not put a cap on the coolant top. They had to replace my whole engine and tried not to pay for this. \r
I noticed my windshield was cracked, after they replaced the engine, so I had to have them put another windshield in. \r
now, it's May 2009. I'm trying to buy a house, and somehow, I have a huge dent in my credit score. I found out that Faulkner did not pay for my rental car for when they took 40 days to fix my car instead of 30. The last 10 days were suppose to be payed for by Faulkner but they never did.\r
So I go back once again to have them settle this. \r
We shall see if it gets done in time.\r
Fran is a total liar and a sleeze. \r
One last thing, the first time I went to Faulker to get something out of my car while it was being worked on, I saw 5 mechanics, sitting outside the garage, drinking a case of beer. WIsh I could have taken a picture. Dammit.
