they had my car from aug 21st until sept12th , it sat for six days before they even started work on it , oh forgot to say how rude the bobble heads in the front office are , was told to have car there for est. at 1 pm and the estimator decides to show at 1:45 pm , ththey had to order a second set of doors ....now get this the 1st set were so damagaed that they gould not repair them ? thet fix unrepairable doors w/doors so damaged they cant fix them WTF car was to done sept 5th , sept 7th . sept 10 th , and finally got it sept 12th . soon as i mentioned that i notice that something wasnt right ApeRil teh shop ""manager"" and i use that word lightly told me YOUR CARS DONE TAKE AND LEAVE , guess she was bent out of shape because Ricky Wood GM of Faulkner of Lancaster had words with her about the way her and her bobble heads at the collision center conduct themselfs , as he waved my $500 deductible . When I called Ricki Wood to inform him how Ape-ril acted when i picked up car he didn't even have the balls to return my call. Ins. company has already issued me a check for the signal lens they didnt replace and im to take to another shop for estimate to fix the power window in the back door and to have the molding attach correctly it actually can be moved with the tipof your finger, the wobble just it did after accident and one of the excuse that the car wasnt done was they had to send it out to have that fixed , thet wanted to make sure EVERYTHING was done and done right and CLEAN it for delivery LOL theres scratches in the new paint from want appears to be from a one armed monkey that must work there as there body man Will be posting the new estimate For Faulkner of Lancaster, Ricki Wood and his band of not so merry monkey's at his collision center more

The shop could not have made it easier for me, they took the time to explain everything that was being done to the car and they did a great job on everything they did. I was worried that my car would not be right after the accident because I had a bad experience at a nearby shop before, but Faulkner did a great job getting the car back to new like I didn't even have a accident Pros: Excellent customer service and talented techs more

could not agree with the user above. 5 times is no exaggeration. I got into an accident in 2007 and took my car here because it was a blue ribbon center.\r So far, I took my car in 8 times. The first 4 times were because they didn't align the car parts right, the windshield flap was missing, a screw was missing on the bottom of the windshield, and then the car made funny noises. (My car was a brand new car that I had for 2 months before this accident) When I got my car back, it was NOT in the same shape as it was before the accident. \r Then my car stopped in the middle of the road one day, only to find out that the mechanics did not put a cap on the coolant top. They had to replace my whole engine and tried not to pay for this. \r I noticed my windshield was cracked, after they replaced the engine, so I had to have them put another windshield in. \r now, it's May 2009. I'm trying to buy a house, and somehow, I have a huge dent in my credit score. I found out that Faulkner did not pay for my rental car for when they took 40 days to fix my car instead of 30. The last 10 days were suppose to be payed for by Faulkner but they never did.\r So I go back once again to have them settle this. \r We shall see if it gets done in time.\r Fran is a total liar and a sleeze. \r One last thing, the first time I went to Faulker to get something out of my car while it was being worked on, I saw 5 mechanics, sitting outside the garage, drinking a case of beer. WIsh I could have taken a picture. Dammit. Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Slow, lazy, liars more
