Our water heater sprung a leak on a Wednesday evening. Fast Water Heater Company was there the next morning, bright and early, with a new water heater and 2 professional installers. Chad and Derek were friendly, polite, and knew their stuff. Since I had purchased the water heater from Sears, over the phone, it was a relief to hear that all of the additional "bring it up to code" items could also be placed on my Sears card. They explained the technical aspects...how to start the pilot, and where to get the SDGE rebate forms...clearly.\r \r Thanks Guys! We've got hot water! more

Had 3 estimates and FWH seemed to be the most honest. We got a tankless water heater. Not sure if it will really save on our electric as they said, but the technician Charlie was very nice and accomodating! He explained everything and even showed me how to make it last for many more years. more

Fast Water Heater Company just came yesterday (10/22/2009) to install my new electric water heater. They first called in advance to check up on the scope of work needed to be performed as well as get measurements on the current water heater I had. I felt this was valuable in getting any apparent issues out of the way early. They called the night before with an arrival time frame and a time frame for installation. The installers called and were right on time in the middle of the time window. The installers were both very nice and very professional. I have an older house and new that I would have some code issues, but they explained everything up front on what I had to do and what was optional. They also gave me some tips on how to save money. I like the fact that everything was talked about in regards to pricing up front. They did a great job removing, retrofitting and installing the new water heater.
