These guys are hands down the best company I've ever used for my Apartment building.
They saved me about 20% in price and the one claim I had with them was taken care of as soon as it happened. Rich stayed on the phone with me through the whole claim and answered all of my questions. A claim guy came out the next day and the work they did on my building was perfect.
I would recommend these guys to everyone.. Bad: Nothing so far. Improvements: I always want to save more money ;). Other: Don't use crap companies to save money, use these guys and do the same. The other big apartment owners know how important it is to have guys/company you can trust.
