Jeff Danley of Farmers Insurance Group is my brother-in-law. Because he's family, he's very easy to work with and very honest. He's just as honest as the day is long. I can always take him at his word and am very comfortable with having him as my agent. Basically, he's the only big brother I've had for the last 35 years, so I trust him with everything. You can trust Jeff. He's honest, forthright, and means what he says. Not only does he make a good agent, but he makes a good friend to anyone who takes the time to get to know him. more

Jeff Danley of Farmers Insurance Group is willing and available to answer questions. I have no issues getting a hold of him and he's always polite, courteous, and answers my questions to the best of his ability. I think I've gotten decent rates from him, which I know is more of a Farmers Insurance in general thing, and I feel welcome to call him and ask questions. I feel that he values my business. more

He takes his time with your needs and explains everything. 9/6/2013

I have been working with Jeff Danley of Farmers Insurance for a year so far. I've been very pleased. I like the way he took his time to assess my insurance needs. He made sure that I had what I needed. He also explained WHY I needed them and provided a quote for me personally. I haven't had to make a claim yet, but I feel confident that he would take care of me if the time came. I would recommend working with him because he really knows what he's doing. more

Thorough, convenient, good experience overall. 9/5/2013

I went to Jeff Danley of Farmers Insurance, so he could take a look at my policy. He was really thorough and took the time to make sure I was getting the right coverage based on where I am in my life right now. He's experienced issues in his own life that make him a little more empathetic than other insurance agents. He's got the ability to focus on what the customer NEEDS for their policies. He's also very friendly and fun to be around. I would definitely recommend him! more

Jeffrey is an old friend of mine. I bought a policy in Arkansas and moved to Oklahoma and he just got his license in Oklahoma. We had to wait that's why I put down a 4 out of 5 for total experience. He doesn't act like he's a salesman or anything. He just tells it how it is. You either take it or you don't. He doesn't put any pressure on you. Give him a try and see if he's got something you can use. more
