I've being going to Charisse Stindt Farmers Insurance Group for two years. Charisse is a wonderful lady, and she's helped me make a lot of decisions on my policies. I've really appreciated that since I don't know much about that stuff. The staff is great! They call you back as soon as they have information. They always have a positive, upbeat attitude, which I love. They're a great team, and I'm really glad I found them! more

Charisse treats everybody like they are VIP! 4/1/2014

Charisse Stindt of Farmers Insurance Group has been my agent for about 20 years. I have my home, liability and car insurance through her. I have the lowest possible rates. What I value the most about working with her is that she treats everybody like they are very important not just another paying customer. The service is great. I highly recommend her for your insurance needs. more

Take good care of us 3/24/2014

My wife and I got on Farmer's Insurance when we were in a car wreck. First someone rear-ended us, and less than a few seconds later, someone else hit us head on. The insurance company we were with at the time tried to mess us up and we went with Farmer's insurance. They took care of our problem. We have been with them ever since. more

We've had no problems with Charisse Stindt at Farmers Insurance Group. We've been with them for almost twenty years. We had one small claim and one huge claim and they treated both professionally and without judgement. They listened to the story and did what they were supposed to do. more

Always personal 1/22/2014

Farmers Insurance has helped me so many times, I have recommended them to my friends. They have a small office where you can get more personalized help because I have been to other, larger, offices and they tend to be involved in other work and do not focus on your case as much. I have had quite a few polices with Farmers and even though I have changed them around, they always provide me with great service. more
