I agree with the first review that no one would return phone calls. I put in a claim in January and did not get anything resolved until March 9th. I called, left multiple messages, and sent multiple emails and no response. It was not until I got upset that anything materialized. This is my first claim with the company after being with them for four years. I have a policy in the Nashville area that was no problem. This office in Knoxville is very unorganized and have terrible customer service. I do not recommend using them if you intend to need to collect on a claim at some point.
