Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I walked in and explained that I didn't really know what I wanted (just not what I had going on!) but here was my criteria: long layers, side bangs, has to be able to go back in a ponytail/updo, has to look professional, but not old. I felt like the stylist really listened, and she checked in with me several times during the process. I ended up with a very cute cut, which met all my criteria and exceeded my expectations. When it was done, she asked if there was anything else she could do to make it better, but I certainly couldn't think of anything. The best part? The layers are so well done that I hardly have to do anything to style it after I wash it. I will most definitely go back. The price is very reasonable, especially for the level of attention they gave me. In fact, it was such a pleasant experience, I'm looking forward to it (which is more than I can say for any other haircut experience I've had!). more

The first time I went to Fantastic Sam's, I was pleasantly surprised. I met with Jenny, who gave me a consultation and immediately understood what I wanted. She was very thorough and turned my horrible yellow blonde hair into a much brighter and shinier color. I loved it! I'm hooked, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else to get my hair done!! What a great find. This salon was found by a friend of mine who is doing some modeling work and has to keep her hair looking great. She called me after her first time there and insisted that I try it out. Honestly, I had given up looking for a great cut at a decent price but was pleasantly surprised by the job my stylist did. I find the staff here to be highly skilled and very accommodating. They have a great team of stylists, and I really appreciate the Redken Color line they use. I decided to change my hair style from the one I've been wearing for 25 years to something more flattering, which entailed growing out some places and trimming back others, a process I had been dreading. But I got great advice and excellent transitional styles all along the way, and I am very, very satisfied with the end result. Definitely will be telling all my friends!
