This company is amazing! We had previously shopped a nearby nursery and received HORRIBLE customer service, by the owner!!! And their prices were sky high! So we headed to Fannin and were blown away by the customer service! We were greeted immediately and offered refreshments. The salesman was not only genuine and helpful but extremely knowledgable on their products. He gave us great advice and loads of information on how to pick a good tree. Once our tree was picked, we headed back inside with excellent instructions on how to care for our tree (written down) and a free sample of nutrients to give to our tree! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!! more

BEST TREE FARM in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Dallas & beyond! 3/13/2011

Fannin Tree Farm has a 20 acre Sales Center located on Hwy 121 in Frisco, West of Custer Rd. They were highly recommended as a trusted family owned business for 30+ yrs that offers incredible quality trees with exceptional customer service & great pricing. They were right! Really enjoyed going out & hand selecting the perfect tree, staff was friendly & very knowledgable! They grow their own trees on a 1200 acre farm, North of Frisco. Thank you Fannin Tree Farm... our tree is magnificent! more

Best Trees in the Metroplex! 12/21/2010

My wife and I picked out several trees from Fannin Tree Farm that were recently installed at our home. The salesman was helpful, the installation crew was very professional and when they were finished it was like they were never there. We would highly recommend Fannin to anyone looking to put trees in their yard!!! more

Awful customer service!!! 8/2/2010

My husband and I called them to request prices and if they delivered to our area. They told us that they do deliver to our town and they even gave us an estimate. When we got there to pick out a tree they told us that they don't deliver to our area and that we would have to wait until they got more orders around there. We were prepared to pay quite a bit of cash and they didn't seem to want the business. We drove almost an hour to do business with these people! It was like pulling teeth! Please don't even waste your time with them! more

Poorest service for SOME customers 9/2/2008

If you are looking for friendly customer service, do not visit Fannin Tree Farms. The ""experienced"" sales associate was not interested in helping us (in the least ) find an appropriate tree for the front yard. His poor attitude and rudeness were quite surprising, truthfully. The system made me give a star, but Fannin, based on the presentation of their awful, prejudice sales person, doesn't deserve even this one. more
