I usually make my appointments ahead, but I've always had pleasant experiences with Fancy Nails. They're all friends at the store, which I really enjoy. Even though I only come in every once and a while, they usually remember me. I got my mani and pedi for my wedding there and they were very, very helpful. Don't expect gushing, midwestern friendliness. They can be brisk in their work. The store is beautiful, they do great work that lasts, and everything is very sanitary (which is the most important of all!).
