Familyography did a great job putting old vhs tapes on dvd format. Dan and crew worked quickly and even added a rush job for me for a tape I forgot to have him copy. The artistic touches that he added are going to add to the wonderful memories that we now have on file for the future. more

We have had nothing but trouble with this company. We had a video to be completed that had a lot of mistakes, pour quality, missing sound clips, and was late in the arrival. The project was rushed and missing complete parts that were agreed to be completed in the contract. We had asked to have them corrected and he come up with multiple excuses, ignoring calls on many occasions and he has stopped responding completely (he will memorize a phone number on caller ID). We had to pay upfront for the video and are still waiting for the final product more than a year later. He has now stated he will not finish it because of a bad review online. Very disappointed with the results. Check him out on the BBB. Do not waste your time or your money. more

Familyography did an excellent job restoring a damaged photo, delivered the results sooner than promised and was reasonably priced. If you want a photo restored, go there. more

Dan has really given us good and professional service. My father-in-law was diagnosed with acute leukemia with a slim chance of recovery. My husband had reels of old films in the attic of his dad as a child with his grandparents. We wanted him to be able to view these again, and didn't know how much longer he had, so the situation was very time sensitive. more
