Steve our salesman was great and very knowledgeable of what we wanted and able to explain everything to our understanding. The sub-contractors you have were very respectful and polite and told us what they were doing as the job progressed. They kept their work area cleaned up after they finished each phase. And an extra special thank you to Wes. What a great guy he is. He was wonderful in everything he did and kept us informed every step of the way. The purpose of this note is to commend to your attention the exceptional personal and professional service I received from Mr. Andy Rippel. I'm my three visits to his store to help me decide between the Caldera Cantabria or the Hot Springs Grandee which is carried by one of your competitors in Pensacola. Andy was routinely attentive, helpful, very polite to me and my wife and had the floor model spa ser up to fully support my soak testing. Following my decision to buy the Cantabria, Andy had my unit delivered and set up as promised and in a time frame which met with my very busy work schedule and the holidays. As I used the spa, several operational and parts issues arose requiring Andy's help to resolve. He approached each to these issues with good humor and patience while conveying to me his resolve to correct the warranty oriented items rapidly and to my complete satisfaction. In each instance he has succeeded in fulfilling not only his promise to me but has been there to fully back up Caldera with the customer as the Watkins company promises in all of their sales literature. We have been coming to your store for many years. We started out when we bought our dough boy above ground at your store by Home Depot. We got all our advice and boy did we need it by bringing water sample after water sample until we perfected our chemicals. We lived with well water and lot of iron. Then years later when we moved into town, the first thing in our new home was one of your slate pool tables. then accessories, soon after hot tub, stairs cover and chemicals for that along with all the advice we needed to get that right and we are still coming!\r more

I just want to take a minute to thank Steven from Family Pool & Spa. I had come from taking my daughter out and helping her with her new place. I has worked all day as a hairstylist and could not have been more tired! I have a spa in my Condo, in the sun room, not on a porche out side, but inside! I heard a water sound pouring. To my horror my spa was pouring out water and flooded my sunroom, the time was Saturday night at 7pm! No one answer the phone at the store. So I got out into my car and raced to Family Pool & Spa. The store was closed! But thank goodness, Steven was just getting into his truck to leave and saw I was in a panic. On his own time , he got his tools and the shop fac to clear out the water and came to my Condo to help me But not for Steven, I don't know what I would have done!! The next day, again on his time. I was still having trouble. Steven to the rescued once again! Thank you again Steven for being my hero!! It is nice to know there are still people out there; who care and are willing to help just to be kind.
