Family Plumbing Heating and Air

The floor in our bathroom was very hot. We had a slab leak. Had seen the Family Plumbing trucks around town and called them. Their response was fast, they found the leak electronically and it was right where they said it would be! A pinhole leak under 6 inches of concrete... amazing! They made a minimal opening in the foundation, repaired the leak and finished the job. You'd never know anything happened. When I checked around, their price was very reasonable compared with other plumbers. I was impressed with the job and professionalism. Would definitely use again. more

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fantastic service tech you have on staff. Chris Allen was the repairman who came to my town-house yesterday to repair a pressure valve on my water line. He quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a repair plan that was in my best interest. He quickly finished the repair, checked to make sure that his repair was solid and in working order, and then double checked that his recommendation to me was accurate. He is a very friendly person and is someone who garners trust and liking. He certainly seemed to know exactly what he was doing and when about his work in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend Chris to any of my friends of neighbours and will actively do so. Your company was recommended to me by someone at Lowe's in Menifee and I believe it is against store policy to give out recommendations, but the very nice gentleman at the store took pity on my and gave me your company name. We would like to express our thanks for replacing the heater that you installed last April 30th. At that time the wrong size was installed. The problems that caused this did not really come to light until cold weather arrived this winter. Patrick diagnosed the error when he responded to our call this January. Mistakes like that should not happen but they do. What is important is how you respond and correct it. We have given your company considerable business the past three or four years. Faucet installations, two air conditioning units, supply line replacements plus plumbing leaks. We also extend special thanks to Patrick, Dave, Anthony, and Chris for the professional manner they display while performing their tasks. Which brings me to Beck's, we used your company in 2006, twice in 2007 and again today. Each time your crew shows up on time with a smile and introduces themselves. Your son Brian did the first three jobs and today we had Jeremy and Anthony here to replace our heater and air conditioner unit. Two very nice young men and they both did a great job. They got started right away and were finished by early afternoon. They cleaned up afterwards leaving nothing behind. I just wanted to let you know that hard working young men are hard to come by today and i hope they have a place with your company for a very long time. This week your service representative, Josh D. came to my dental office to trouble shoot problems we have been having with both our heaters. We have a had other companies out for recommendations but each had a very vague solutions to our problems. Some wanted to replace the units. When one of the units was installed five years ago the technician said we didn't have enough wires to properly connect air, heating as well as just the fan, so we did without the fan. Your technician, Josh, not only corrected both units so they function like they should but also corrected the problem of not having the proper connections to wire air, heating as well as the fan. He was very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it. I really appreciate what he has done for our office. The combination of his knowledge, integrity and trianed skills is just first rate. Thank you. more
