I would like to thank Dr. Paul Newbold for his great understanding - not only with my illness - but he was able to open my eyes and face my problems ---- he listened to me --- he did not rush me ---- I felt very comfortable --- he was so kind to me --- and he explained my illness to me in a way that I could understand. I have seen other physicians in my 50 years --- and he is the only physician that truly understands. If we had more physicians, like Dr. Newbold, the world would be a much better place. Dear patients, This medical facility is not a pleasant as it seems. They are very unprofessional. The workers barely speak or understand english. I wouldn't recommend this medical office to anyone. I went to the restroom and it looked like no one cleaned it in days. Very dusty which made my allergies worse. They keep you locked up in the room for hours before you even see a doctor. I waste my time, gas money because they set up labs, xrays and other things a week before you even see the doctor as if I have that much time to take off from work. I am a patient of Dr. Delgado and I must tell you, he gets 5 stars all day long every day, every year! I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and he is the kindest, most caring, nurturing man! Dr D makes one feel like he or she is his only patient! He explains things well and treats you with respect. He is very professional. I am blessed to know him and have him as my doctor!! more

I have seen Dr. Newbold on a few occassions now (twice in the past month), and I can say with certainty I will never see him again. On the first of my two recent visits I waited for over an hour before I saw the doctor. I had two problems to tell him about. He wrote me a prescription for the first problem. When I told him I've had this same prescription before and it was ineffective, he told me to try it again rather give me something stronger or different. As for the other problem, he acted as though I was making it up. He ""couldn't see anything wrong"" and told me to come back in two weeks and he would check on it then. This all took about 5 minutes by the way.
\r I came back for the second visit. This time I only waited 45 minutes before I saw Dr. Newbold. He looked at my first problem and was surprised that it hadn't gone away yet. Suddenly he thought that maybe I should have used something stronger. And my second problem... he didn't even look at it! He said I should see a specialist and gave me a referral. Without even any evaluating or asking or looking or guessing.... nothing. Again he did not listen to me or give me any sense that he cared to fix my problem. This time he saw me for a total of one minute.
\r So, to sum up, I had to pay for one visit so that I could buy a prescription that didn't work, then I came back, paid for a second visit where the doctor did nothing that he couldn't have done on my first visit, and if i really want my problem to go away, I'll have to go back to pay for a third visit and a second prescription. And I sat in a waiting room for nearly two hours. He must love a customer like me - paying the same as everyone else while he doesn't actually have to do anything.
\r To clarify: I don't know anything about the other doctors. This is just abotu Dr. Newbold. The staff was mostly good, but theres a thin lady with short blonde hair who sits at the desk you exit and pay at, and she will be heartless and annoyed by your presence Pros: unknown Cons: the general existence of this establishment more
