Excellent experience! My husband and I bought a 24 foot above ground pool. Our salesman, Ed, was extremely helpful and friendly! The crew came on time and had our pool installed within 2.5 hours, they were extremely efficient! A couple of weeks later I had to call because I noticed a slight leak, they had someone at my house the next morning and was able to take care of it. I would highly reccommend! more

Drivers are nasty looking. They Are slow and not on schedule. Rude people when you call in asking simple questions. PLEASE learn how to run a business. I will never work with these fools again. Lesson learned. Karma hopefully will bite this piece of crap business in the ass. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY ORDER FROM ANOTHER PLACE. more

Delivery was 13 June. The installers were supposed to be at the house between 7-9. They showed up two hours late with the wrong filter. Took from 11 until dark for them to get the job done. My wife called the office many times and got the run around. She ended up taking an entire day off when she was only supposed to be off half a day. The receptionist said why didnt you schedule it on your day off. She doesnt have any! They are supposed to come back out today and install the correct filter. It is almost like the contract is signed, see ya wouldnt want to be you.....Be very very leary. UPDATE: Day three. Customer service SUCKS....They finally brought the correct filter but then forgot the blocks. So now we are on day 3 of a 4 hour install. My wife talked to the manager who talked to her like a child. We shopped for our pool and decided to go with Watsons Family Leisure due to recomendations from friends.Well we had a small problem and they were great.They took care of everything.There people helped us with our questions...I feel I would recomend them in the future more

I bought a top of the line Artesian spa on sale that was a floor model and it was a lemon. Family Leisure's service department came out time after time to try and fix it. When they couldn't the replaced it with a brand new one of the same model. Well, it turned out to be crap too. Family leisure's service department came out 17 times to fix it. By this time I was really bummed because my two year service warranty was up and I'd never really had a fully functioning hot tub for any length of time. I called the service manager who put me in touch with the store manager Scott. He suggested that we meet in person at discuss how we could remedy the situation. After going over their records and talking, Family Leisure took the second Artesian lemon away and brought me a new Viking spa. The Viking was a cheaper model but I was thrilled just to have a different brand after all the trouble with Artesian. I have had the Viking for over six months with not one issue. Here's what I learned from this experience: 1) The more bells and whistles on a hot tub the more it's going to break down. Go for a basic model without a computer, 6 different pumps, etc. 2) Family Leisure has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I do not hold them responsible for Artesian's lack of consistency. They worked very hard to make things right! more

Called for help to repair pool and the service and quality was excellent. Scott, Rob and the guys went our of thier way to make sure we were repaired, up an ready to swim! Even now when we go in for chemicals, service is great and they remember us. So glad I called them!! more

Goodbye Watson's , Hello Family Leisure!!! What a face lift for an establishment. It has been 10 years since I've been to the store on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis until last weekend. By far the best showroom in the state. I just stopped by for a couple cases of chlorine and was amazed by the change. Smiling employees , Clean atmosphere, and the Guy in the Warehouse had my Chlorine ready for me when I got to the pick up area. After Talking with Nick , I was happy to Find out how and why the Name change Came About. I will be back for My Patio Furniture in the future!! more

I have been to the other pool places and they treat you like cattle. When I come there (which is a lot) I watch how they treat people and I have never seen anyone being anything but nice. In today's society you only get complaints so I wanted to write this to tell you something good. more
