Delivery was 13 June. The installers were supposed to be at the house between 7-9. They showed up two hours late with the wrong filter. Took from 11 until dark for them to get the job done. My wife called the office many times and got the run around. She ended up taking an entire day off when she was only supposed to be off half a day. The receptionist said why didnt you schedule it on your day off. She doesnt have any! They are supposed to come back out today and install the correct filter. It is almost like the contract is signed, see ya wouldnt want to be you.....Be very very leary. UPDATE: Day three. Customer service SUCKS....They finally brought the correct filter but then forgot the blocks. So now we are on day 3 of a 4 hour install. My wife talked to the manager who talked to her like a child. DONE WITH THIS COMPANY>
