Basic office, semi-friendly staff. Doctor is down to business and seems knowledgable. Clean, OK facilities. Is in a small town, so if you have to have anything detailed done, you will be refered somewhere else. Seemed like it took a while to get in and then there was a long wait. Problems with filing insurance were strung out, but the office representative was always very nice and friendly.
