Cons: I did not receive a call before they came to install the fence either. They showed up and had to come back the next day because I had to clear out the fence line (had I known when they were coming I would of had it done). They also left a lot of cigarette/cigar buts in my yard along with some other trash - lids to drinks, small scraps, etc. Not big deals until you see your 3 year old finding them and putting them in their mouth. Also had an issue with a gate not closing properly just two weeks after it was built. The guy came over and just shoved the fence a little and said it was fixed (knowing the issue will be right back). They should have cemented in the hinge and latch posts for the picket fence but did not. The overall price ended up being $1000 higher than what was quoted to me. The price difference was explained after the fence was built (too little too late) and there was a legitimate reason for the price difference, but would have preferred an accurate quote to start with up front (maybe I would have opted not to do the additional $1000 fence or at least go another route). Be sure you can be home when installers come; the estimator does not come with them, and if they don't communicate, your fence might not be what you wanted. I did not receive a call the day before as promised, so I had no idea when they were coming. I got the black vinyl fencing, and posts were touched up with spray paint, which is still sticky four days later. My fence corner is in front of my shutters instead of near the corner of the house as requested; will be difficult to get to shutters for cleaning, and impossible to take them down. Like I said, take a day off when they come, and insist on a call the day before so you are home. Looks nice; glad I went with the vinyl coating and the five-foot height. Four feet is just not good enough to keep large dogs out. My initial estimate was given on site the same day I contacted them via the web site; however, my request about relocating the bad area has gone unanswered after two days. Yes, I paid four days ago. Pros: Looks nice, good quality product Cons: Be at home for installation, even if they say not needed more
