Family Dental Service

I had an appointment for my wife which I tried to cancel the Day before the appointment. My wife started a new job and she could not get off work for this appointment. I tried to explain this to the office staff over the phone and I was told I was going to be charged a $75 Dollar Missed Appointment Fee. I called back and told them that I did not agree with this fee. I got transferred to someone by the name of Mary who was very nasty over the phone with me. She insisted that I am going to be charged the missed appointment fee of $75 Dollars. My family and I have given Family Dental Services many years of business, and I Feel they unjustly are charging me this fee, Especially since I tried to give them plenty of notice as soon as I found out my wife could not make the appointment. I am going to pay this fee, but I plan on never returning again. There are better Dental Providers in the area than Family Dental Services in Allentown. more

Getting a cleaning could be a painful experience but, not at family dental service. The oral hygienist are careful and take their time so there is barely any pain. Best of all, the wait time here is always minimal -couple minutes from the time you step in the door to get to the doctors chair. more

Always get my cleaning done here. I'm usually scared because of the pain but, the oral hygienist here are great. They take their time and there is barely any pain. Also, wait times are excellent as well -a couple minutes to the dentist change from the time you step in the door. more

Everyone at the office is always courteous and helpful. My hygentist is very thorough and thoughtful. My denist is awsome, very caring. I always have good things to say when asked about Family Dental Service. I've been going there for many years because they are very good at what they do. more

Normally i'm scared to visit the Dentist office, but this place, especially the work of the hygienist was very gentle and they did a great job cleaning my teeth...And they make me very comfortable...i was referred here by a friend and i enjoyed their service thanks...i really appreciate you and you team member... more
