This was the worst experience i have ever had at the dentist office. First of all,,they re-scheduled my first appointment b/cuz they were having a problem with a patient and told me ""this has never happened before"",,,so i came back 2 days later. Red flag#2,,they lost my file,,,didnt have any knowledge of what i had written for my medical history, dr. and dental assistant kept saying,,where's her file throughout procedure and found it only after they were done.. Red Flag#3,,,no spit sink ,,,can you imagine that?? Your told you can get up and use the sink in the room.....I started feeling the drill going into where dr. said i needed a filling,,raised my hand a couple of times to no avail,,,,,it was so painful and the drill must have been from the 1970's ,,,i was used to state of the art dentistry before and.I have never encountered such barbaric procedures. Only came here as they had a discount plan you can join which turned out to be a sales pitch and prices are no different here. I wish i had read some reviews b4 going here,,,now i have pain in my jaw, head, temple area and my filling will more then likely have to be re-done or have to have root canal as the dentist caused all this damage. I am in the process of acquiring an attorney. more

I have NEVER had such rude treatment by dental office staff. When I arrived 6:35 for a 6:30 appointment I was rudely told that the doctor was leaving, since ""anyway you owe a balance"". I will take my child and the $4500 worth of work I was intending to have done in January elsewhere. I am glad business is so good at the Jefferson Valley office that they can afford admin staff with the customer service skills of sandpaper and patients who are expendible . Thanks Debbie! more

I was in Sales in my younger years, so I know when I'm being ""pitched."" That being said, my visit to Family Dentistry was very disappointing. I've now spoken to others who seem to share a similar experience. Let me explain. more
