My first experience was great. The people there are very nice and seem to be very knowledgable. After going there for a while I'm not pleased. My son had double teeth coming and I explained it to them. They had me make an appointment. While there the dentist told me it would be fine. When he comes in for his cleaning and the baby teeth are not out they'll pull them. Well they were not out at the next appointment and the same dentist says well we can't pull them we will take X-rays and I'll refer you to a child specialist. I think they could have done that the first time they saw my son and just wanted the money from the cleaning and X-rays. After using there referral I go to them for a copy of the X-rays and was told we can't give them to you we did not take full X-rays. I came to FAMILY dentil thinking me and my kids can both go to the same place not to get referred and I'm disappointed. more

Great Experience 11/26/2010

My experience with Family Dental has been a very good one. The Dentists are nice, they make you very comfortable and they are very good with the needle. Because of this I am no longer afraid of the shots in my gums. My sister referred me and I am very pleased. Doctor Alemis is wonderful. The last dentist I went to didn’t seem up to date with different procedures, maybe because he was older. When I came here everything was up to date and I like the younger generation of doctors and technicians. more
