Dr. Preston is very good at explaining how to brush and floss teeth. She was wonderful with my 6 year old son that I have to fight just to get him to brush. Hopefully he sees how important it is to brush after Dr. Preston explained it to him. Thank you for your help with my son. more

I came in to the dentist with a major toothache and they took care of me and they started a root canal. I was really nervous to start with but they gave me medicine to calm me down and everything went well from there. Pros: Nice,kind more

I consider myself an anxious patient and the dentist made me feel very comfortable. She takes the time necessary to make sure the treatment is explained to me. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring as well. Pros: nice dentist and staff Cons: slight wait sometimes more

Dr. Dean-Preston also kept me waiting and then once she came in, also did not introduce herself and was generally rude. This was a regular checkup and at this checkup she found several cavities so I had to come in for multiple appointments afterwards to get the fillings done. The first appointment, despite me telling her that I was very apprehensive about needles and dentists in general, she was very rough with me to the point that she made me cry (I?ve never cried with another dentist, and I?d had fillings done before). When I started crying, she was very rude to me and insisted I take some Valium for the other two appointments. When I returned for the other two appointments, she was again completely rough and rude with me. It took me 4 hours to get 3 fillings done and most of the time I was sitting in the chair waiting on the dentist. Even the hygienists talked about her when she left the room. I would not recommend anyone go to this dentist. The only reason I would ever go back is for the friendly and gentle hygienists (and other staff). She kept me waiting an hour and 45 minutes for a whitening consulation that lasts 10 minutes! When she finally entered she was abrupt, condescending and just plain rude...she didn't even introduce herself! She told me that considering the consultation was free that most people would be a little more patient. Sitting in a waiting room for an hour and then waiting 45 minutes to see her is beyong patient for something that takes so little time. Stay away...a rundown office and a rude dentist.
