Family Air responded to my request for an estimate to replace our current furnace very quickly. They came out and assessed our current situation, educated us on issues we hadn't even considered, and then created a clear and comprehensive proposal for us to work with. They also sent us literature and resources for us to use in making our decision as well as the phoen numbers and names of some of our neighbors who had used them in the past. We made three different requests to alter the proposal based on our shifting perceptions of what we wanted. All proposal chagnes were done right away. When we finally decided, Family Air was at the house in a day or so installing our new unit. Their servicemen were very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They walked us through the permit process and made sure we were completely up to code and compliant with all safety standards. Tehy seem to take this very seriously, as they should. After finishing their work, the Owner came out and inspected the job and asked us about any concerns or issues. Only after all that was done did they ask for payment. I paid exactly what the proposal listed, Not a penny more, even though they had some technical complications with the set up of my house. No excuses, they just did what they said they would do. Over all, this was a very impressive performance. more

Well What can I say Jerry gave me a quote and that was the cost and said they would be here at 8 and gone by 3 and that they were right on time and what a job my garage use to be cold in the summer and warm in the winter with the original systme now it is the way it should be thanx again for the great job. Go any whaere else you will not be pleased like at FAMILY and my thermastat went out that day after they left and Jerry came by on his way home and replaced it and no charge..nuff said more

I had a great experience with Family Air. My central AC broke down after 25 years of service, and I needed to replace the entire system. Jerry Sr. was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was thorough, honest, and courteous. His team was fast and efficient. Jerry was also huge help in navigating the permit process with State and Local inspectors. You wouldn't expect that with this level of service, you would also get a great price. But I did, and I would highly recommend Family Air to anyone. more
