I have a 1996 Volvo 960 with obver 240k miles on it. Brad and his crew have kept this vehicle running so well I cant afford to replace it. Their prices are at least 40 under Volvo Dealer costs and the work is always done correctly. I highly recomend Fame as the place to go. more

I took my bmw in for and oil change a few months ago. They team did an inspection of the vehicle and to my dismay they were alot of work to be done to get it to the condition i wanted it to be. The team priortize with me which from the most important to least. I was so grateful they took the time to go over it with me. Those guys are great. The service is excellent. more

Fame Automotive takes care of my Mercedes SL 280 (1969). A car more then 40 years old is not easily trusted to just anyone. Service is great. Seemed to fix my M3. My oil light keeps coming on, but will take it back to them to take a look at. Upgraded computer software in my M3 and in my E55. I am still up in the air about those upgrades, but do feel a difference. Regardless, I enjoy their service tremendously and find them competent and fair, but importantly trustworthy. more

Brad and I do business together, as I am his printer. The first time I had him do work on my car was when my radiator went out. Fame Automotive usually works on higher-end cars, and I just have a Chevy Blazer. It was during the hot spell last summer when Seattle was in the triple digits that my radiator went out. The only air conditioning I had was in my car, and he took care of the radiator because it was going to blow up. Brad really took care of it immediately. Since then I have gone to Fame Automotive for a few other things, and they always get things done in a fast, timely manner. They will explain everything to me, and are very reasonable priced. Brad is fair and honest; what more can you ask for? He did put in a part that ended up being faulty, but the warranty took care of the part, and he took care of the labor. They are good guys. more

I have been with Fame Automotive a long time, probably ten years or better, and I have never had any problems. They are very attentive. They always answer the phone when I call and they get back to me right away with the diagnostics. They walk me through all of the steps and they are wonderful to work with. Anytime I swing in there with a problem, they are Johnny-on-the-spot with the diagnostics. They let me know if I can continue on or they will get me in right away. They take time to point out preventative maintenance measures. They let me know what to be concerned with and what not to be concerned with. Their mechanics are well trained and they take good care of my vehicle. more

Brad and his staff really knew their stuff. I brought in a late 80's Mercedes, and was relieved to see a similar car up on the lift right next to it. These guys fixed what needed to be fixed, helped me prioritize other jobs that could wait, and allowed me to visit every day like an expectant father to see the progress. I spent some money, but I know exactly what I got for it and learned a lot in the process. Like they say, there is no such thing as a ""cheap Mercedes"", and I feel like I got what I paid for. Years ago when there was a problem with my car, several other mechanics couldn't fix it and I was referred to FAME. They found the problem and fixed it. I have been going to them for a decade and am not even close to their location which means I have to fight traffic to get there. It is worth it. They are generous with information, very clear in explaining the issues and effects on the car. They explain which repairs are required when allowing me to budget what is necessary and what can wait a while. They have my back in making sure the car is safe and I am getting as many miles from the car as possible. My one car had 250,000 miles on it when I sold it and was still running reliably. I credit that to FAME's competence. I take my family's two cars there and wouldn't trade them for another mechanic for anything. Prices are very reasonable.
