Falcone service man unscrewed an old fitting that had a crack, and screwed on a new one. He charged us $ 215.00 for that job!
RESPONSE FROM Falcone Plumbing & Heating, Inc.:
The part that was installed at the customers home was a non stock part which had to be purchased at a suppy house which adds to the cost of the job. The price is in line with what other licensed mechanical contractors would charge for the job. Total time for travel, part purchase and installation was close to two hours plus the brass fitting charge. I would have given a discount if I would have known the customer was not happy with the charges at the time she paid for the job, which she did not convey to the technician or myself. Sounds like she was not happy with the price so she gave a bad review on everything....
