The Falcone team replaced the galvanized piping and the metal air conditioning ducts in my parent's 50 year old house. The was a two-week project. The two work crews (one plumbing and one aircon plus dry wall) were respectful of my parents and left the house very tidy at the end of each day. Tony explained each of the phases of the project very clearly so we understood what needed to be fixed and why. There were a few communication hiccups toward the end of the project but Mike was absolutely responsive whenever I called with a question. I would highly recommend them! more

I have used Falcone Plumbing twice in the past year for work at my home. In the first case it was for routine maintenance on my AC unit. The next time was to make repairs that were called-out in a home inspection prior to selling my home. They replaced a drain pan and secondary drainage line that had been improperly installed (by another company). In both cases, Falcone was timely, professional and on budget. Falcone service man unscrewed an old fitting that had a crack, and screwed on a new one. He charged us $ 215.00 for that job! RESPONSE FROM Falcone Plumbing & Heating, Inc.: The part that was installed at the customers home was a non stock part which had to be purchased at a suppy house which adds to the cost of the job. The price is in line with what other licensed mechanical contractors would charge for the job. Total time for travel, part purchase and installation was close to two hours plus the brass fitting charge. I would have given a discount if I would have known the customer was not happy with the charges at the time she paid for the job, which she did not convey to the technician or myself. Sounds like she was not happy with the price so she gave a bad review on everything.... more

I was looking for a replacement furnace and AC unit for my mother's condominium and called three companies for bids. All were within $200 and the decision was to go with Falcone P&H was more due to the time that owner Mike Falcone put into looking into the airflow problem at the unit, then offering solutions on how to address it. Her upstairs area would heat up to 12 degrees warmer than the downstairs, causing her to sleep downstairs - even if it was 75 degrees outside during the day! The installers (Eli and Jesus) showed up on Monday morning and were very polite and respectful of my mother and her home. They put tarps everywhere and got right to work. The noticed several of the ducts in her place were broken and lacking tape and made corrections and recommendations which were greatly appreciated! The job was completed in two days and visually looked great. We tested the AC on a 90 degree day and saw results never achieved at her unit - she was finally able to sleep upstairs that evening! The Los Gatos building inspector showed up on the third day and when signing the final inspection card stated that the installation was "top notch". I did not see any of the issues that were stated by others and would highly recommend Mike and his team for this type of work as we have never used him for plumbing work - although I would in the future. more

After leaving a message on a cold Sunday about our furnace dying, The Falcone staff responded very quickly by calling back at 8:00 AM Monday. They said they were busy but would fit us in. At 11:00 AM they called and told us they were on their way. When the technition arrived it was straight to work. With in 20 minutes he had identified the problem and repaired it with a new part all the time explaining what he was doing. Great Work. more
