Simply Delicious! 1/5/2012

Excellent service and even better cuisine!! I really enjoyed the Antipasto Salad which we watched the designated salad chopper cut fresh for us at his salad station. Dude is good with the knife. Nice yet affordable wine selection. Delicious and large desserts. Overall a 5/5. more

4/1/2011\r This place is GREAT-Dinner time is very busy. Fabrocini's feels warm and welcoming. Victoria was our waitess-very friendly-helpful and fast. I had the Scapparella-nicely prepaired, wonderful taste. My husband had the linguine with clams-he enjoyed every bite. We took our 5 yr old grandson-they made him chocolate milk(which isn't on their menu) nice people!!! Great place,Great service. We will be going back. more

Horrible service + overcooked food!! 3/27/2011

We had to ask twice to get service and finally order. I had the pasta with scampi - the pasta was soft/overcooked and drowned in a sea of garlic sauce - really bad!! The parmesan was in a shaker on the table, when I requested fresh parmesan, I got a tiny portion. We never had a chance of getting a second glass of wine or even desert...the waiter was so unfriendly and unattentive, which killed the entire mood of the visit. We will never be back... more

So much great Italian dishes to choose from... So little room in my stomach!! 6/18/2008

Cozy and crowded, fragrant and fresh, Fabrocini's offers some of the best Italian food in the Valley. Although it could take a while to get seated during weekend evenings, the food is most certainly worth the wait- especially when you can walk down Ventural Blvd. to make the the time go by faster. The steamy soups and variety of delicious salads ranging from minestrone to a mussel and clam soup with a tomato basil based broth, and an antipasti salad to a fresh array of marinated peppers and buffalo mozzarella atop chopped greens, it is difficult to make your way down to the entree selections. The freshly baked bread that you can dip in olive oil, balsamic vinegarette, and parmesean cheese- its absolutely amore! Pros: Delicious Food, Comfy, Cozy atmosphere Cons: tiny space is conducive to long waits more

Excellent Italian Food 1/10/2008

This is a great place to eat. Service is exceptional. Parking has gotten much better since the movie theater next store closed. Been there a dozen times haven't had one bad thing on the menu. They usually have three or four nightly specials which you should definitely give consideration to. My favorite special is the Chicken with Grogonzola sauce. It's the best I've ever had. It's so good, it should be on the regular menu. Their bread is warm and delicious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I get re-fills on ice tea long before my glass is empty. Place is really cozy. TRY IT OUT! You won't regret it. more

One of the BEST Italian Food I've Ever Tasted! 7/19/2007

A friend of mine told us that we should all have dinner there one night. This was my first time dining there. The place was so cozy and tastefully decorated with pictures of Italy. A good place to go on a date or with your friends. I saw even a small family there too. Our server was great. She was super nice and very attentive. Our friend is obsessed with the chicken dish that comes with artichokes and capers. We tried some of her dish and wow. I ordered the chicken napoli which is bow tie pasta with chicken, basil, mushrooms, and gargonzola cheese in a cream sauce. It was absolutely delicious. Every bite was like a burst full of flavor. Prepared freshly and with key ingredients that make the dishes so savory. Huge portions and at a reasonable price. I couldn't finish it all. The leftover food two days later was still so amazingly tastey, Great place to dine. I think I have found a new favorite Italian restaurant versus the usual Cheesecake Factory. I will come back again and again. That's for sure. Pros: Great service, fine Italian food in a cozy setting that isn't a rip off Cons: Small, pot-holed stacked parking in back more

Best Italian food in town! Great Customer service. 5/21/2007

Small intimate italian restaurant. Nice and pleasant servers, overall great customer service. My girlfriend's dad asked for yellow pages and the server had almos the whole restaurant looking for it. Food was GREAT! We started off with Calamari Frito (fried calamaris) which was awesome. My girlfriend had a chicken topped with prosciutto with pasta. Her dad and myself got a Potato Crusted Halibut with Garlic Cream Sauce. The food was incredible. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, perfect for dates. Pros: Great food, good customer service, small and intimate Cons: parking's limited more

My favorite place (never get tired of it) 1/19/2007

This is truly my favorite place to eat... Well, my favorite food is pasta, but still, this place has the perfect balance to what I expect from an Italian restaurant. The food is GREAT... so great that I've had it once a week for about a year now. Their bread is warm and delicious. I've pretty much tried all the pasta dishes and I've never been even slightly disappointed. If you go there, the place is really cozy and romantic. Or you can call them up and order your food for pick-up, they'll have it ready in about 15 minutes, no matter how busy they are. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. Finally, the service is absolutely great! No flaws at all, I love this place. TRY IT OUT! You won't regret it. Pros: Food is great, not pricy, cozy atmosphere, outstanding service more

outstanding every time!! 4/26/2006

The food is amazing!!! Any night of the week is the perfect night for fabrocini's!! I love the Clam soup and any pasta dish is to die for. And when the articokes are in season don' miss out because they go fast every night. It's addicting beware!!!! * * * * * 5 stars Pros: quality, delicious, satisfied Cons: can't wait to go back, parking , sometimes more

Favorite Italian restaurant right now! 12/29/2005

Always good food; flavored just right (unlike another Italian place in Sherman Oaks that's way too salty). Yet to have a dish that wasn't perfect. The place is always packed--even on weeknights! If that doesn't tell you something... Pros: food, food, cozy Cons: parking, maybe more
