This place is a waste 10/15/2008

I recently visited this FedEx Kinko's location, and I must say it was not a good experience. They overcharged me on having a few pages printed out by using their fancy paper (which I did not request). Then I go to have those documents, which were resumes, faxed -- to two separate numbers, which I made known -- and their employee faxes both documents to the same number. So, now, one potential employer received a resume meant for a totally separate company. Pros: location Cons: service, value more

Like all Kinkos, no one who works here is aiming for employee of the month 8/5/2006

When Fedex bought Kinkos, I, probably like many people who use these late-night offices-away-from-the-office, hoped that Fedex's spirit of customer service would be brought to the Kinkos operation. \r \r Unfortunately, Kinkos is still the only nationwide business I know where employees are allowed to completely ignore customers standing at a service counter. This has happened to me in every single kinkos I have ever been in. \r \r The primary reason Kinkos service is so lousy is that they have no real competitors. PROS: No other nationwide 24-hour copying/pc rental place, has free parking CONS: Always disorganized and customer service is a very low priority more
