When Fedex bought Kinkos, I, probably like many people who use these late-night offices-away-from-the-office, hoped that Fedex's spirit of customer service would be brought to the Kinkos operation. \r

Unfortunately, Kinkos is still the only nationwide business I know where employees are allowed to completely ignore customers standing at a service counter. This has happened to me in every single kinkos I have ever been in. \r

The primary reason Kinkos service is so lousy is that they have no real competitors.
PROS: No other nationwide 24-hour copying/pc rental place, has free parking
CONS: Always disorganized and customer service is a very low priority
