I had a terrible experience at this location on 10/08. Only two of the four copy machine worked. There wasn't help for the customers who did not understand how to use the machines...

they are terribly understaffed. or, perhaps more accurately, there are a lot of people that look like they're standing around not doing much, while ONE person deals with fedex shipments for a 40 minute long line. if you don't have something to do, then help out in the busiest part of the store. if you're actually doing something but it just doesn't look like it (not at a computer, nothing in your hands, etc) then please do it where i can't see you and get frustrated at the 40 minute wait. more

Completely incompetent 3/27/2012

I called to ask whether they had my Fedex package, and was told they had no way of knowing and that I would have to go through hundreds of boxes individually in order to find by tracking number. This is after improperly returning it to the central warehouse. I do not know how they stay in business or why FedEx works with them. more

Awful 12/1/2010

Awful experience. Went to pick up 3 times in one day, each time told it was in. It was not. This went on for two days, and still I;m not sure where the package is and when I will be getting it. I called the main number several times and each time was told a different answer. BEWARE, customer service no longer exists. more

TREEIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/12/2008

I had a terrible experience at this location on 10/08. Only two of the four copy machine worked. There wasn't help for the customers who did not understand how to use the machines. I had to help the lady who spoke little English so that I can get to use the copy machine in a timely manner to meet my appointment that morning. The supplies for customers use like clips, staples and staplers were missing or not working. The price of the service is not worth it and, I will not encourage any one to use that store especially if they are in a rush. A much better experience can be had at a number of office supplies stores offering similar services. more
