This collection agency is ruthless. I understand that they have a job, but there is also a way to do a job; both ethically and right. The customer service people are just outright rude before you even get 1 word out. I think it's in their job description. They report things on people's credit that they know they shouldn't and then tell you to go to the court to fix it, but that will not be the case with me. People need to exercise their rights and sue collection agencies that act like this. Taking money and false reporting. Go to small claims court on their a*** and they will change their ways. Read the FCRA, contact the FTC, Collections Board of Commission, BBB, Attorney General and file a suit in small claims court and they will learn how to undo any checks and money they weren't supposed to be taking. This is horrible. more

The staff at this place is very rude and unprofessional. In the process of them acting as the third party in collecting a debt from me (a young college student that made some bad decision mind you) they have tried to prey on my checking account and credit report. I was faithfully making the monthly payments to them automatically through my checking account. They tried to double charge me by reposting a check from 2007. My bank( a government employee credit union) realized the mistake and withdrew their money once the mistake was noticed. These crooks inturn filed a garnishment on both my job and checking account that I had to pay to be lifted. When confronting them about the issue, one of the managers said ""oh well sorry for the mix up, but there's nothing I can do. It will cost me more money to lift it than I paid to have it processed. Now they don't even want to credit the money that I have already paid towards my balance(which is only $600 and they put it on my credit report as $2,500). When I called to have it credited, the manager stated ""Oh well I don't know how to credit money back. I've never had to do that before"" (Maybe she thought because I owed money, and/or I was African American,I wasn't smart enough to ask questions? IDK) I think it so sad that you attempt to steal from people and it will come back to you. I promise...*Kisses* Pros: People work there...Idk???? Cons: Where do I start???...Every aspect more
