I've been to various eyeglass stores and this one has the best selection of frames I've come across. If you're looking for a wide selection of plastic frames this is the place to go. Ive been here 4 or 5 times and always experienced good service.\r \r They always do free adjustments for walk-ins.\r \r Doctor Sandoval whose office is attached to EyeMasters isn't the friendliest doctor but then again I've never met an optometrist that I really liked. My wife and I spent about $600 on glasses and sunglasses at your Albuquerque branch about 8 months ago. According to your description of service, glasses should have been ready in an hour or less. We were told the frames and lenses were in stock but your people didn't get done with them until a week later and then made us wait another hour to pick them up. At time of pickup they then had no case for my sunglasses. It seems reasonable to provide a case for something that cost over $100 but the clerk no longer cared because we had the glasses and in her eyes was done with us. On receiving the glasses they seemed OK but at second glance a little later, I noticed the lens on the right side of the sunglasses were unsymmetrical and had been shaved down and was not flush with the frames. Next we were supposed to get anti-glare, and scratch resistant lenses. My lenses are most definitely neither. Pros: Nothing Cons: This place sucks more

When using our families vision insurance, we were charged individually instead of a single transaction. Also, it wasn't until a couple of days later that I noticed that they had charged us tax for what they were going to charge the insurance [$45] even though we were charged $10 / person. This was not explained to us. Pros: Very nice; Good doctor Cons: Don't explain all costs more
