I felt as though I was in very capable hands throughout the entire process. State of the art equipment that allowed me to understand the exam and results.

EYE DOCTOR'S OFFICE & EYE GALLERY REVIEW 2/2/2012

First time customer. Greeted immediately and Dr. Bob is very easy to work with. Very straightforward and good sense of humor. Utilizes vast array to technology to asses your vision; quite thorough. Would recommend to anyone. His eye wear staff for new glasses were professional and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend to anyone. more

Dr. Bob is great. 1/10/2012

However, I have encountered multiple issues with his staff. I live in California now and was going to be in Dallas in December and tried to get an appointment and they were unwilling to help me. It was a bit insulting since I've been going to him since 2003. \r Then, I had issues trying to get my prescriptions filled through Medco. They were unwilling to call Medco and figure out how to do it even though they had my medical card. \r The final blow was I tried to reorder contacts in Decemer (since I couldn't get an appointment) in order to not lose my 2011 benefit. Instead of calling me, they just cancelled the order. When I called them and explained the situation, they told me they couldn't backdate a claim even though I had submitted the order on time and it was their fault that they cancelled it. Doesn't make you want to go back. I also don't understand why it takes 2+ hours for an appointment. more

ALWAYS SATISFIED! 1/3/2012

Dr. Consor and his team really do a great job of balancing your eye health and your personal style and comfort when it comes to your vision correction. I am always very happy with the fitting of both my contacts and my glasses. While it takes a bit of time for the visit, I know that they are checking everything and doing their best to make sure I find the best fit and the best fashion to keep me seeing at my best! They also take time to explain the insurance coverage so that I'm not surprised at the end of the visit! People who have to live in glasses or contacts know how important finding the right provider is! That's why I always refer all of my friends and family to the Eye Doctor's Office & Eye Gallery. more

Highly recommend, friendly staff! 12/29/2011

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in any doctors office. Friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable in every way. Doctor Bob explains everything so that you are fully aware of what he is doing and why. I highly recommend!!! more

Review for Eye Doctor's Office & Eye Gallery 11/27/2011

Dr Bob is an experienced doctor and the only one in Dallas, TX area who is affiliated with TLC Vision. I had my lasic done by them 11 yrs ago so I have to go see him annually to maintain my lasic warranty with TLC. \r \r His staff is friendly and office is clean. He is quite knowledgeable and easy going. I recommend him. more

I found the Eye Doctor's Office through my insurance company, and I am glad I did. Everyone was friendly, personable, and patient. Dr. Nguyen was good at explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. I enjoyed my experience, thanks! more

Your eyes are in GREAR Hands 8/26/2011

Dr Bob is the Best Eye Doc ever!\r by marcandmaddy at Citysearch\r I have been a patient for well over 20 years and my family and I have always received excellent care, but this time Dr Bob FAR exceeded all expectations. During routine annual exam he discovered a problem and spent far over and above the usual appt time to complete a very through exam and then refer me to a retinal specialiat for further follow-up. Dr. Bob uses state of the art equipment for examinations, but still uses professional hands-on exam to assure that he doesn't miss anything. I highly recommend Dr. Bob and his entire staff to anyone looking for the best eye care possible! more

His office is really easy to get to going north on Oaklawn/Preston Road from Uptown, just a few blocks shy of Northwest HIghway. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable . Dr. Bob uses state of the art equipment and computers for his examinations, but still uses professional hands-on examination to make sure the prescription and diagnosis is as precise as possible. I have never waited over a few minutes to see the doctor upon arrival. I was even treated to a massage chair, soda and chocolates while waiting briefly for my eyes to dilate. I felt so pampered. I highly recommend Dr. Bob and his staff to anyone looking for the best eye care possible! more

Caring & Professional Eye Doctor's Office 7/19/2011

I've been going to Dr. Bob for over 5 years and plan to for many more to come. His office is really easy to get to off the Tollway & Northwest Hwy in north Dallas. The staff is personable & does everything they can to put the patient at ease. One way they do this is they offer a massage chair for patients to use while they wait. How great is that?! Dr. Bob is very thorough and answers every question I have concerning my eyes. No question was too small or unimportant to him. That meant a lot to me. more

Best Eye Doc! 7/14/2011

I had a problem seeing out of my right eye and it was really starting to worry me. I visited several doctors before Bob and none were able to solve the problem. I finally went to Bob Consor's office and he was able to figure out the problem right away. He wrote me a prescription for some drops and my eye sight was cured in a couple of days. I have been coming here ever since. Several eye doctors I've been to in the past were rude and did not seem to care. Bob always makes you feel welcome and makes sure to take care of any problems you are having. My visit is always pleasant, the staff is always friendly and the enviroment is comfortable and relaxing. I always enjoy my visit here! :) more
