My experience with Dr. Bob is always pleasant. \r
I've been going to Dr. Bob for over 10 years and don't plan to stop. His office is really easy to get to going north on Oaklawn/Preston Road from Uptown, just a few blocks shy of Northwest HIghway. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable . Dr. Bob uses state of the art equipment and computers for his examinations, but still uses professional hands-on examination to make sure the prescription and diagnosis is as precise as possible. I have never waited over a few minutes to see the doctor upon arrival. I was even treated to a massage chair, soda and chocolates while waiting briefly for my eyes to dilate. I felt so pampered. I highly recommend Dr. Bob and his staff to anyone looking for the best eye care possible!
