Slow, Expensive, Clueless Repair Guys, and Rude on the phone. This is coming from a nice person who generally is happy with most things! I thought I would do the right thing and use the ""local guys"". What a mistake. these guys make SBC and the Cable company look like saints. My business depended on their services, and I have been put thru the ringer so many times it is killing me. They are regularly down for weeks at a time. That was bad, but then they randomly change their service ""IP Address"". I don't know what this meant, but my business was unreachable for two weeks, their tech did not know how to fix it. I had to hire another company to fix their problems!!! It took the other guy 15 minutes to diagnose and fix, He said this was common problem with this company. This was the last straw.
Cons: Most expensive, least reliable
