This place is horrible, the worst service and most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I went here with a friend about a month ago, when we walked up to order the only guy working there acted angry that we had interrupted him from eating in the back. When we started asking questions about the menu he acted very annoyed and scoffed at us. I'm a very easy going guy and I have never, EVER had such horrible customer service in my life. Sorry for making you do your job man. I brushed it off, because I'm a laid-back person and I figured the guy was probably having a bad day or something. Finally got our pizza and it was HORRIBLE, low grade ingredients, the sauce tasted like ketchup, the cheese was like rubber and the crust was wet and soggy. Not in a greasy good pizza kind of soggy, just like wet bread type soggy. We threw our pizzas away before finishing. Bad service, horrible pizza, absolutely no redeeming qualities. BTW Most of the positive reviews for Extreme Pizza are by dummy accounts with no other reviews. This place has such a problem with their reputation that they come online to post fake positive reviews, sad. more

I gave up on them but I'm back again! 5/17/2010

I always loved Extreme Pizza but they had a management change in the middle of last year. Things went down hill when the new guy came on board. Recently, a friend made me go there again with him and the rude manager is gone! The food was excellent again, the staff is friendly and helpful and I am so glad they have new management! I am back to ordering regularly again! I have tried every pizza place in Issaquah and Extreme PIzza gets my hard-earned dollars from now on. Pros: Great food, fresh ingredients, friendly staff more

Really Bad Pizza & Service 7/28/2009

Pizza took forever and was not worth the wait. The quality was very evidently low and the crust was soggy. We actually didn't even finish the pizza and just threw it away. Go to one of the other pizza places in Issaquah. There are MANY that are way better than this place. Pros: Close to home - but so are many other pizza places, Creative Cons: Pizza, Ingredients, Delivery Time, Rude Staff more

An F for Customer Service! 7/15/2009

We have been ordering Extreme Pizza in Issaquah for years and have always loved it. Last Friday we had guests from out of state and decided to order pizza. I raved about ""The Boarder"" (barbecued pork) and was excited for them to try it. When I saw the pizza it was a different color than usual. It usually looks kind of red, but it was very light in color. When we tried it, there did not seem to be any barbecue sauce on it, and did not taste very good. My boyfriend called the restaurant and explained the situation. He asked to have a new pizza delivered. They verified our phone number and said okay. We waited over an hour for the new pizza to come. We were going out for the evening and everyone else wanted to leave. I said no, that would be rude to not be there when the pizza came. I even had ANOTHER nice tip ready for the driver. We finally called the restaurant to find out when we could expect the pizza and were told it would not be coming. The manager had talked to the person that made the pizza and was told that he did put barbecue sauce on it. We told the manager that there was so little sauce you could not taste it. He did not care. He also did not think it was important (or considerate) to call us and tell us they would not be delivering another pizza. Obviously Extreme Pizza must be doing so well in this economic climate that they do not need to satisfy the good customers they already have. Well, this customer will be looking for a new pizza parlor- suggestions anyone? more

Best Pizza 3/18/2008

Wow! Extreme Pizza is incredible!! After a recent trip to NYC I realized I needed to get back into eating more pizza! I had been to Extreme Pizza several times in the past and remembered how good their pizza tasted. I ventured onto I-90, took the Front Street exit and was there. Their location is great, located seconds off I-90 it is a breeze to get to. I went there on a Friday night and it was busy but the line moved quickly and my order was placed. What had I been thinking?? Here is the ""pie"" in front of me and upon taking my first bite I quickly remembered what I love about their pizza. All fresh ingredients, great flavors and a perfect crust! The other great thing is their variety of selections. Last Friday I took a woman there who is lactose intolerant. She had the White Out - this has mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, roasted red peppers, basil, oregano and tomato sauce. SHE LOVED IT!! Now I am a meat guy, so I had the Railroad Grade. The Yard Sale is another one of my favorites. You name it and it is on the Yard Sale!! Chicken Pizza? They have 3 or more and they are fantastic! Pork Pizza? Yes to that also! Vegetarian? Another yes! I almost forgot to mention the Calzones, Subs and Fresh Salads, all of them are equally as tasty! They also deliver and from what I have seen when I have dined in they are delivering many orders because the delivery people were in and out of there constantly. The atmosphere is always upbeat with 2 large flat screens to watch. They always seem to be offering a special deal, 2 for 1 deal, size upgrade or something to help the pocketbook!! Normally I would not take the time to write a review on a food establishment, but this place deserves it. Go check it out for yourself or pick up the phone and get it delivered. Like their logo say's: Extreme. Not Mainstream. Pros: Great Location, Fresh Ingredients, Fantastic Deals, Pizza Selections for Everyone more

Best Pizza In PAC NW 2/20/2008

This is by far the best pizza I have had in the Pacific NW! The restaurant is very clean and the employees are friendly. It is always nice to see the owners and managers making pizza and helping the customers. It shows this is a family friendly restaurant and they really do care about their customers. I would highly reccommend it!! Pros: Great Location more

EXTREMEly great pizza and service!! 2/4/2008

This place is by far the best pizza in town. I was temporarily in the Seattle area and ate here almost twice a week. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is always very courteous. My favorites are Peace in the Middle East and Drag it thru the Garden. I was sad to go back to a city that doesn't have an Extreme Pizza. more

Awesome Pizza 1/21/2008

I was with some friends returning from Snoqualmie Summit on Saturday Night and discovered Extreme Pizza just right of the freeway in Issaquah on our way back to Seattle. This place was awesome and perfect for enjoying some downtime after the slopes. We had the Yard Sale... this pizza was the ultimate. Keep up the good work and we'll def. be back next time were in that neck of the woods! more

Nowhere near as good as Pagliacci's Pizza 12/22/2007

My experience this evening with Extreme Pizza in Issaquah, WA was not a good one. First off, I'm a fan of Pagliacci-style pizza, so maybe that's what my underlying problem is. Tonight I was too lazy to drive over to Pagliacci and decided to give Extreme a try because they're in town and had a nice write-up recently in the Issaquah Press. What a disappointment!!! The internet ordering option didn't work for me because not all of the toppings were available for selection online, so I phoned in my order. The young gal working the phones seemed to have a hard time grasping the concept that one side of the pizza should be traditional (i.e., cheese and tomato sauce) and that the other side should contain some additional toppings (pepperoni, et. al.). Once the confusion was sorted out I was told the pizza would be 25 minutes. The pizza was ready when I arrived, but I had to look at the backside of one of their employees for several long minutes before I was acknowledged. The pizza was kept warm atop the ""cooking device"" (but despite this it didn't maintain it's temperature for the 5 minute drive home). I say ""cooking device"" because Extreme doesn't use a real pizza oven, but instead, one of those chintzy, conveyerbelt driven pizza cookers. So rather than having a crisp-bottomed pizza, I ended up with a conjealed mass that had lots of little burnt cheese spots that resembled freckles. In my world the mark of a good pizza is the balance between the crust and its toppings; Extreme's pizza had neither. Another mark of a good pizza is that it's still edible later on, whether it's in a cold or reheated state. This pizza was not edible beyond the 2nd slice and will be thrown in the kitchen waste recycling bucket when I'm done typing. My advice: if you're 10 years old or less (or if you have no tastebuds) then Extreme might be a perfectly fine place to get a pizza. If you don't fit either of those demographics you might be best off ordering elsewhere. Pros: Close, in-town Issaquah location Cons: Not real pizza more

Wretched 12/22/2007

I don't understand how anyone could eat here more than once. The pizza is like the worst that Domino's could produce, except more soggy and way too overloaded with cheese. Unless you're a Sumo wrestler who needs to maintain his weight, why would you want to eat a pizza that's an inch thick ? The crust remains soggy when the toppings are too thick. The ""Extreme"" name is accurate in that it is easily the worst pizza I have ever eaten. How can anyone run a restaurant like this -- do they have no pride and no interest in doing a good job whatsoever ? This was the first time in my life that I could not finish my share of a pizza and ended up throwing away the rest. Cons: Wretchedly soggy pizza more

WOW! TREAT YOUR TASTE BUDS. 10/17/2006

WOW! JUST CAME BACK FROM A TRIP TO SEATTLE AND DISCOVERED THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! WHAT A SELECTION. OUR GROUP TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT KINDS AND THE RAILROAD IS MY PERSONAL FAVORITE AND WE THOUGHT THE SALAD WAS SCRUMPTIOUS TOO. A GREAT FIND WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. OUR WHOLE PARTY RAVED ABOUT THIS FIND AND EVEN THE KIDS WANTED TO GO BACK. OH, WELL......NEXT TRIP! Pros: gREAT FOOD, TERIFFIC MENU, EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE Cons: THERE IS NOT ONE IN LAS VEGAS WHERE I LIVE more
