I wpuldnt give them even a 1 star rating but i hae to in order to aubmit the review. We have ordered a part from this company and have paid for this part, after two parts being sent to us each at different times both have been the incorrect part. After several emails and phones calls we still don't have the correct part but they have our money. I have received an email two weeks ago saying the part was shipped and then after that no communication from them and its two weeks later and no part, today I finally received an email after chatting online with them stating the part was shipped yesterday, how convient the same part was shipped two weeks ago....I will discourage anyone from buying from them!!!!! They are very rude and dishonest! more

Bought 2 ATV's for my grandkids and had them shipped to my camp in PA. I was hesitant to buy online but when they arrived, they were better than expected. The kids are having a blast. Thank you. more

I bought a scooter there and it was going bad from the beginning. Everything started breaking and the best they could come up with was that it was MY fault or that it was not covered under warranty. They have horrible customer service skills. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO HEIDI, she does not know how to talk to customers and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Now they are telling me that the engine might be blown and that if it is, i have to pay for it because the exhaust keeps getting undone. The exhaust that was put on was a aftermarket exhaust that THEY installed and HEIDI supposedly fixed it once and it came undone again. I bring it back for the same problem and they say that it's my fault and that rebolting the exhaust together everyday is part of regular maintenance. They have nothing but bad reviews everywhere, you can check for yourselves. The only good reviews they have are the ones that they wrote themselves. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GET SCAMMED. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
