This is one of my go-to places in the city. I started going a few years ago when it was Angel's, but it recently changed names (not sure about owners), and thankfully it retained the same great food and prices. Espresso's Cafe is home to one of my all time favorite gnocchi dishes in the city - the Della Casa. The gnocchi is just as it should be - soft little pillows of doughy heaven in your mouth. And the sauce is flavorful and chunky in a good way. I can never stray from this option but I've sampled friends' and families' dishes and it's all been great. I take everyone here and never got a complaint. Oh, and I looooove the assortment of breads you get at the beginning. This is a great spot!
