Earl Gooch is a 17 year long Trainee plumber has never been a cert. licensed plumber. If you had him install your water heater, I would call to make sure the warranty is still good. Look at http://www.lni.wa.gov Earl must be supervised by a cert.plumber with the state. It seems that you paid for a licensed plumber and got a 17 year trainee. If your not following the rules and laws of the state you would need to be very nice so people don't call LNI and report his installations. It also shows that Express doesn't have any employee either so what did you really pay for ???? Earl with Express Water Heater gave me excellent service from the first phone call I made. His knowledge in his field of expertise of water heaters was on point. He knew what I needed to fix my water heater before I was even done explaining my problem. The best part he saved me money by only needing a simple repair on a water heater rather than a new installation. Honest, knowledgeable, had me taken care of in a timely manner and helped me save a few hundred with a simple repair rather than the replacement I was expecting. A++ service across the board. more

BRRRR, this time of year without a working water heater simply sucks. A neighbor recommended Earl with Express Water Heater. I called late in the day on Friday, but he was able to make it Saturday early and had us up and running with a new water heater in less than an hour. I was happy with the service, and would recommend him to others. He is located in Camas, but he does offer service to the Portland/Metro area. more
