DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't stress enough how bad this company is. They gave me a contract that clearly states, ""BINDING QUOTE, PRICE NOT TO EXCEED"" the amount of the quote. I also have numerous emails between me and the woman, Paris in the office that assures me the price would not be increased and the quote was binding. This quote was after their representative came and looked at how much stuff I had. He was asked to look over the things again. It should not have been that difficult, as my things were all boxed and in a storage unit. The day they came to pick up my things, they made us sign a Packing Supply List and noted that it was signed prior to loading. Well, they charged me an additional $1000.00 for packing supplies on things that were already packed and had been moved into the storage unit. They shrinked wrapped my king size mattress but I don't think that was worth $1000.00. The rest was fabrication and lies. When their truck was packed, I received and call and the rude man said the price was double and that I could tear up my contract as there was no way he would send me all of my things at that price. He said he would ship only half. Well, I had no choice and when I received my things, the damage was incredible. I have pictures of my things dropped on the driveway off the dolley. Tables destroyed. Cabinets destoryed. China destoyed. And when I tried to add the additional insurance they offered, I couldn't get it as they didn't belong to that company. So, basically a china plate worth $65. I could get 60 cents a pound. So, what, 40 cents maybe? I lost 11 pounds in a week after finding out what I was dealing with. This business is unregulated. They just keep changing their corporation name so you have no recourse. The owner I have read has many aliases. I wonder why? Unless you want to lose and have your things destroyed and not pay what they promise, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have researched and found many many complaints about this company. I found out to late. I hope this saves even one person from going through what I went to. And, even though I asked if they use their own trucks, that is not true in my case. They subcontracted it out. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY!!!!!
