I love these guys! On three separate occasions I was stranded and they always showed up super fast! One time all I needed was a jump, the second time my battery was totally dead but he had come prepared and actually had the correct battery with him. No problem! The third time they rescued me, I had been in an accident and was freaking out. The guy was a total gentleman, made me laugh it off, and made sure I got home safely. Not to mention, they were all pretty hot! :P more

An Express Tow truck showed up in my driveway saying they were going to tow my husband's vehicle - from private property in our driveway! The police were called and they were told that it is ILLEGAL and they need to leave the premises. Either the owner doesn't hire drivers who know the law, or they just don't care. When I told the driver he could not tow a vehicle off of private property, he just said ""Yes I am"". Wow, unbelievable - just glad I was able to stop the process before it happened. Thanks to the Braintree PD for coming in a hurry and doing the right thing. more

THIS company illegally towed my suv from my driveway PRIVATE PROPERTY they said it was in the street i tried to shovel to show them the street line to show rhem the suv was not in the street and the suv was well inside the plow line the officer there ordered me to pur rhe shovel down or be arrested they told me it would be 90.00 to get my suv back when i got to the tow company to pick up the suv they said it was 231.00 to tow it not even a mile from my drivaway my front bumper was DAMAGED when they towed my im wrinting this review to let the people know BEWARE OF THIE RIP OF COMPANY EXPRESS TOWING IS A THUMBS DOWN BEWARE BEWARE more

First off, do not trust the drivers. Next Do not trust anyone claiming to be a manager... Second, if AAA or another service company sends this company, you might want to lock up all your valuables Third - If they quote you an amount and the ""arrangements"" have been made - Run don't walk away from these people. Lastly, even if doing business with otherwise legitimate companies, tell your friend, your neighbors and your business associates that EXPRESS TOWING CANNOT BE TRUSTED Don't be surprised if they show up asking for cash and then refuse to leave your vehicle. Honest businessmen are now having their business hurt because of EXPRESS TOWING bad business practices. We contacted the garage where we have had all our vehicles repaired for nearly 20 years. He told us to call Express and arrange the tow - When we called, Express would not make arrangements with us. (Flag #1) After going back and forth with the towing company, they finally sent a very pleasnt young man to pick up the vehicle and take it to the garage. When the driver got the vehicle to the garage, the garage owner called and told us that it wasn't worth buying and that he would have the driver just return the vehicle to the place of pickup. I told the garage owner that I would pay for the tow. and was on the phone, when he told the driver to just double the charges and return it where he got it. At no time was the driver told to charge the people where the vehicle was picked up. On returning the vehicle as told, the driver showed up with the vehicle claiming he was owed $100 in ""cash only"" and when the somewhat surprised and innocent lady told the driver she did not have that kind of money at the house, he told her that they would be charging $20 per day storage for the vehicle and took the vehicle away. Leaving the poor woman speechless and in tears. When I contacted the company and tried to correct the situation, they would not return the vehicle, even if I was paying for it in cash or by credit card. This is just the kind of potential problems everyone faces. Even when I asked the ""manager"" for one of the owners, I was denied any further assistance. I just cannot express the dissatisfaction of dealing with this company and their unfriendly, threatening mannerisms. Maybe this is acceptable practice for some, but for me it is not. In my opinion, they've cost themselves a good, cash paying client plus anyone else I can influence to NEVER USE EXPRESS TOWING AGAIN. WARNING >>> WARNING >>> WARNING >>> more

My quad broke down and Express came in 4 min the guy was doug the owener he was verey nice more

I called AAA to let them know I was locked out of my vehicle. They sent Express Towing. The guy was awesome. He came in 10 minutes or placing the request for roadside assistance and unlocked the car in 5 minutes. They are a great tow company, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Pros: They were here in 10 minutes after I called AAA more

The customer service is completely unprofessional.... I was mistreated verbally on the phone after complaining about bad service by the dispatcher Susan and OWNER Doug.. they should be ashamed! Cons: I would rather push my car then have them tow it! more

they were sent to me in braintree by AAA when my car would not start. the tow truck driver didn't even TRY to jump my car. he just tried to start it and then when it didn't start, he just hooked up to the tow. (NEVER TRIED TO JUMP IT) when it got to the shop, the guy at the shop jumped it and right away it started!!! all it needed was a battery!!! so if the tow guy TRIED to jump it, i could have driven it somewhere instead of paying the price to have it towed!!!! they guy already knew my car was being towed to the north shore before he got to me(because AAA told him the destination), so he wanted to go for a nice ride til the end of the day!! he was saying this on a personal call right in front of me!!!! when i called to complain to the owner, it took 3 phone calls and 3 days to hear back and he could care less. Cons: a girl taken advantage of!!! more

When I called AAA about a car that wouldn't start, they called Express Towing to test my battery and replace it if necessary. Eventually, after about a half-hour wait, I got a call from Express Towing saying that they were on their way. Then another call, after another half-hour, saying that they would be pulling up momentarily. And I waited. And waited. Twenty minutes later, I decided to call them back. The woman on the phone said that the driver DID come and waited for me for ten minutes before being dispatched elsewhere. This was after 1 1/2 hours of waiting outside in the freezing cold with the hood of my car up!! She had the nerve to tell me that I was lying, that she had called me TWICE (not true!), and the driver couldn't come back--I'd have to call AAA again. So now my car still isn't running, and I've wasted 1 1/2 hours of my life. If at all possible, AVOID!!! more
