The sales presentation from Mike was professional without any pressure. The quote was the agreed upon price without any further price increases. Mike always called back almost immediately with answers to my questions. Robert and the other installers were some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. No goofing off, phone calls or texting to friends or long breaks. Just plain hard, excellent work. more

We found Express Sunrooms at a Home Show and made an appointment for an estimate. Buddy was wonderful, always prompt (as he promised!) and very professional. From the time we went to contract til completion date it took one month. Less than we expected. From the time they actually started the work it took 4 days of actual work. Two of those days being the weekend and not full days. The workmanship was excellent and the men were very polite and courteous. There are several people who do the same thing in this community, using the exact same vendor, so it was a matter of selecting one whose reputation was such that it was the thing that was going to make the difference. One of the things I really liked about Mike Gregory and Express Sunrooms is that they didn't ask for any money upfront, and they only wanted to be paid if I was satisfied, which is very rare today. more

We hired Express Sunrooms to repair the incorrect work of another contractor and to properly finish a sunroom and deck (which was 1/3 or less complete). Mike with Express Sunrooms came into our project midstream behind another contractor (which had gone array with serious issues, insurance etc). Mike was incredibly professional, patient and prompt with us. He truly went the extra mile to assure our comfort level was solid (after the other contractor), securing all requested documentation, engineering, city paperwork, proposal, etc as requested very timely. Once the project started, the Express team (Scott & Mike) were phenomenal! Going over and above ALL of our expectations. In fact, every aspect of our experience with Express Sunrooms SUPERSEDED our expectations. Our new sunroom and deck could NOT be more perfect!! Not only did they repair all of the things the previous contractor had done incorrectly, but they truly delivered an even more beautiful finished sunroom than we had imagined. The carpentry team onsite (Scott & Mike) were professional, trustworthy, friendly (we felt we made new friends, really!), perfectionists, and of course, incredible craftsmen. Express Sunrooms was very professional. They installed a screen porch, and I think the concrete work and the screen work were excellent, so I have no problems with any of that. I do have a little problem with the door lock, which was not a problem with the installation but the quality of the product. more
