Sewer line 5/2/2012

We recently had a problem with our sewer line.\r We called several companies to get an estimate for the repair but ended up going with Express because the owner himself showed up and explained to us what was going on and what needed to be done.\r They ended up replacing the line and they did the whole project in one day. I really appreciated their quick response, the fact that they were clean and left the place as good as they had found.\r Best of all, we have no more plumbing problems.\r Thank you Express Plumbing, we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know. more

Very responsive! 4/25/2012

I called Express Plumbing in Easter morning, frantic.\r I had a leak somewhere in the kitchen and the floor was flooded. \r I explained that I was having brunch for a large party in a couple hours.\r The technician came within minutes, found the leak, repaired it temporarily to get me functioning, and helped me clean up.\r He came back the next morning and replaced the damaged part.\r They really came through for me in a bind and I highly recommend them. more

VER POOR SERVICE!!! 5/2/2008

I would never recommend to call them, they don;t have professional people and when u call them for a complaint nobody will call u back or do anything. I was really mad and overcharged with unsatisfactory service and poor costumer service. Please don't try to call them. more

Underground Water Line Repair 5/31/2007

The main water line from the meter to my house was leaking water. Their estimator came out and provided me a quote within the same day I'd called for service, and was able to schedule the job the next day. The crew arrived on time, and they are quite professional. They got the job done in 6 hours, less than they had estimated. And they cleaned up quite nicely. The quality of work looks fine, though only time will tell for sure.\r \r Their quote is somewhat elusive though. The quote included re-routing the water line, and repair the existing line's hookup to the irrigation system. Since the existing line is located underneath the driveway, it was hard to tell the scope of work involved till after they open it up. The estimator initially told me that he would cut down the price if the work turns out to be less. It did turn out that there is no irrigation system hookup to the water line, so that part of job is not needed. However by then, he agreed to take only 7% off the origi more

Good service 5/12/2005

I used their service on an emergency pipe break at my house. Of the many people I called their price was the best. I left a message on a weekend and they called back in 20 mins. We agreed on a price and their staff came to our house in a hour. It was a big project and they had to break the concrete driveway. Long story short, water supply was up and running in a few hours. They were very careful in redoing the concrete. They have very good project managers supervising their work. Highly recommend this plumber. more
