Express Home Services did a superb job of installing our Brazilian Hickory flooring. Robert was on time for appointments, gave us a detailed quote, and gave us a reasonable price. Their installer, Alvin, is quite an artist, and on top of working quickly and neatly, had a real artistic sense as to how to vary the planks of wood. Our floor turned out great and I would not hesitate to recommend this high quality company to others! more

The workers at Express Home Services were so helpful!! ! They had every kind of Hardwood I was considering and more information than anyone else to help me make my decision. I trusted Jason and his crew would do a great installation and they did not let me down! I had a great experience with Express Flooring. I hired them in late April 2010. I wanted Pergo floors installed in my kitchen on a budget and in a short period of time. Andy E and I discussed every little detail possible and worked within my budget. I settled on a specific color and Mike and David came by themselves to ensure that I liked the sample before they ordered everything. Jason and David arrived on time, installed and cleaned up everything all in one day. I've had several people come over recently (why I needed it done so quickly!) and everyone commented on how nice the floor turned out. I'm completely satisfied and would definitely use Express Home Services again. more

Be AWARE. You will find MORE REVIEWS on this company UNDER RR EXPRESS JANITORIAL. LOOK at the dates for the good reviews..There was 15 five star reviews done on the same day 6/25/09. Maybe everyone decided to review on the same day...I only see this with restaurants... NEVER with a service where the product is delivered and finished in varying dates and times. Generally people wait till the job is complete..strange..everyone that is happy picked the same day to review..like its coordinated..HMMM? Also look at the dates for this name now. All five star rating done relatively back to back.. I know this company has been around longer so why the great reviews suddenly in one week? Once again think about the delivery and installation..its not done right away for everyone. So suddenly everyone reviews in the same week. Need to up their star rating HMMM?? I'm sure they'll learn their lessons and start spacing out reviewing themselves.. I am sure there is a few Legit reviews. But beware of this. Now my complaint is that they were unwilling to work with me unless my husband was with me.. Doesnt matter that the guy they talked to told them I make the final decision and have the funds. They didnt care. Oh and by the way, I'm not married. So no, I dont need to ask the hubby. And the guy they talked to? Someone who did highly recommend them. From how pissed he was I am sure he will not be doing that anymore. more

I had Express Flooring lay laminate flooring in my home this past week. I could not be happier with the job they did. There was a problem with the product I had purchased. Rick D took the time to explain issue and reselect the appropriate product. I was much happier knowing that I was putting a better floor in my home. I was very impressed with their work efforts. You would have thought they were laying the floor in their own home. Rick D, Dan, & Mike were great guys, they were clean and polite the whole time they were in my home. I plan to use them again when I put laminate flooring in our bedrooms. I give 5 Stars!! more

Due to some water damage, we had a complete kitchen overhaul and contacted Express Home Services to help us with floor tile. The staff were very responsive and called back very quickly. I communicated mostly with Jason who was extremely helpful with both picking out products that I LOVE and with questions about installation and timing. He spent time with me to make sure that even the grout color I picked looked best with the floor tile! I couldn't be happier with how it all now looks. I couldn't imagine using anyone else - Express Home Services gives the best service and has the best selection!! Don't waste your time going to any other flooring store - go to Express Home Services and get it all done beautifully. more

I have been in touch with Mr. Edinson on a weekly basis during the past month, as my home?s renovations have progressed. Throughout all of our interactions (in which Mr. Edinson visited my home twice, as the initial scope of the work changed), he has been an upmost professional and demonstrated a high knowledge base. They labored effortlessly to complete the job on time and took care when moving my home’s contents. Both installers understood the scope of the job and went about their work in a professionally and purposeful manner. Both Mr. Edinson and the two installers (I did not get their names) are to be commended for their dedication to customer satisfaction. In a time when many personal touches get left behind, it is comforting to know these men not only get the job done, but do so in a way that other individuals often choose to neglect. Hello, My name is Maureen Kind. I bought carpet for the first time at Express Flooring. My father helped me with the purchase since was a carpet layer years ago. I have nothing to compare my experience to besides that it was fast and in my budget. My sales person John L was curteous, not pushy and very accomodating.
