I am writing this letter to commend the actions of design consultant Andy Edinson and your installers. I have been in touch with Mr. Edinson on a weekly basis during the past month, as my home’s renovations have progressed. Throughout all of our interactions (in which Mr. Edinson visited my home twice, as the initial scope of the work changed), he has been an upmost professional and demonstrated a high knowledge base. Mr. Edinson has always returned my messages and satisfied my concerns.
Furthermore, the pair of installers seemed pleasant and hardworking. They labored effortlessly to complete the job on time and took care when moving my home’s contents. Both installers understood the scope of the job and went about their work in a professionally and purposeful manner.
Both Mr. Edinson and the two installers (I did not get their names) are to be commended for their dedication to customer satisfaction. In a time when many personal touches get left behind, it is comforting to know these men not only get the job done, but do so in a way that other individuals often choose to neglect. It is due to their actions that we will recommend your company to others and call upon you if we have future flooring needs.
