This is a great place to bring the whole family because no matter what age you are it is enjoyable for all. A great learning environment for kids as well as adults too. Perfect for teachers to take their students here on field trips, or even a place to take kids for a birthday party. more

The Exploratorium is one of the best musuems I have ever been to. It offers a wide variety of hands-on science activities fun for all ages -- although I loved it as a child, I still love to go there as I have gotten older. Some memorable activities isa pig's eye dissection, the light boxes, and giant pendulum exhibits. A valuable tip: the first Wednesday of every month is the Exploratorium's free admission day. more

fun for everyone of all ages 7/23/2002

the coolest place that blends math and science with fun. sometimes it's hard to wait for the little kids to get off the exhibit b/c you want to play with it too! added bonus of the palace of fine arts right outside of it. more
