I purchased a 2012 GT-R from Rick at Exotic Motors. Showed up dirty, with higher miles than attested to AND with a broken caliper. $2400 in repairs in the last week and they are refusing to reimburse me. Unbelievable. I am seeking help from the authorities. BEWARE of EXOTIC MOTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

He arranged to have the Supra shipped to us in Arizona. The Supra arrived at our home a few days later in the same condition as it was when we purchased it. Scott has also been very helpful in providing us with great deals on aftermarket parts for our Toyota Supra. We are ecstatic with how everything has turned out. I phoned one night and it happened to be after hours, however your salesman Rick was still there. H was very helpful and answered all my questions. To be truthful, I was still quite hesitant to buy an expensive vehicle, sight unseen over the internet, but Rick assured me of the quality of care. The transaction went smooth, there were absolutely no surprises like hidden charges. The price we agreed upon was the price. Rick arranged for transport of the car to the Canadian border, where I picked it up. Again, the car was delivered quickly, I couldn't be happier with the service. Buying a car from out of country can be a daunting task, but we have found it to be easy thanks to Rick of Exotic Motors. Rick supplied us with a Carfax report and the previous maintenance records, emailed extra pictures to us, and took the car to the mechanic of our choice for an independent inspection so that we did not even need to fly down to see it for ourselves. He was willing to extend the deadline from deposit to payment in full so that we could book a flight to see the car if we wished. He was prompt at answering calls, and efficient at expediting the sale. The due to importing complications when we were unable to have the car shipped as soon as we wished, he contacted the major dealership for us, and most graciously offered to store the car for us for free for a few weeks! Rick went out of his way to extend top quality service and make the process easy and hassle-free. He had the car detailed before deliver, supervised the loading of our car onto the transport trailer, and let us know it was on the way. When the car arrived, it was in even better shape than the pictures! We are most pleased with our purchase, and would highly recommend Rick of Exotic Motors. more

I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i Convertible from Exotic Motors, and it was a really great experience. The dealership seems to do a high volume of business on Ebay, as their staff stays really busy whenever I have visited. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition, and under warranty. I flew in from Arkansas while coordinating the purchase of my vehicle with Rick, and he provided a smooth transaction from start to finish. I was able to buy the car and drive it back in less than a weekend! Based on my personal experience, I think people need to do more homework on the vehicles they purchase. Exotic Motors offers a lot of AMAZING prices on highly desirable cars. Most people purchasing luxury/high-end automobiles do not know what they are getting themselves into, and hence pay a hefty price after purchasing a vehicle. I had some minor issues with my vehicle (Unusual wear on steering wheel trim, check engine light, spark plugs) , however I brought it up to Rick and they had the car sent over to Patrick BMW, it was inspected, serviced, detailed, and ready to be driven! I recently purchased a vehicle from Exotic Motors, Inc in Rolling Meadows, IL through Ebay. It was a 2007 Mercedes SL55 AMG. My sales person was Rick and he was absolutely helpful and great from the second I started to deal with him on the phone. It was definitely pleasure dealing/speaking with Rick regarding this vehicle and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely polite. Rick asked me to fly into O'hare Int'l Airport where Exotic Motors will arrange someone to pick me up. The car was in the condition as Described by Rick and Exotic Motors on their website. The car was in flawless condition! The sales team at Exotic Motors was very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable with this purchase and extremely satisfied. The dealership did everything as they promised. They have some really nice vehicles and great pricing!! more
