Executive Towing

These idiots towed my 2011 Explorer claiming it was illegally parked in a down town Detroit alley; I got news for you morons, a vehicle with commercial plates is permitted to park in an alley way! \r \r My truck was brand new; and had less then 300 miles on it. \r \r When I went to pick it up they charged me $275 dollars claiming it was so high because they need to take extra with new cars which meant extra work and they had to use special equipment because it’s a 4x4. \r \r When I got the truck back the entire passengers side looked like it was dragged along a wall, the front tie rod was bent and the back axle was pulled from the mount plus my GPS; tools and company check book was missing. \r \r Of course they claim that is the condition the truck was in when they towed it and that they don’t take anything out of a car. \r \r I demanded to speak to the owner and was told to f**k off they weren’t paying for any damages and when I signed the tow slip at the time I paid them their extortion money it released them for any liability for damages or theft. These idiots make you sign the tow slip before they will let you even see the car.\r \r I wanted to know who told them to tow the truck and they said the police did but the Officers at the station didn’t know anything about it, they said it was a private property tow not a police tow which is bull!\r \r I’ll see you a**holes in court! \r \r Oh and they are not even on McNichols they are a junk yard on Hildale St! more

Recently I was involved in an accident and my car was stuck on top of a railing and a stairway leading into a local church. They guy they sent out to remove my car did a great job; I was expecting there to be a lot more damage done to my car from the tow operator but this guy took a few minuets and looked over everything and explained to me what he wanted to do and that there may be some additional minor damage because of the way my car was positioned. To my surprise this guy picked the car up with is tow truck and turned it around in mid air then sat it back down with out so much as an additional scratch. He took another look at the car and removed some lose debris from under it and told me it was safe to drive. This guy was top notch and I would trust this company to take car of my teen daughters if they ever needed a tow! Pros: Very nice driver; knew what he was doing and saved me a lot more

I worked for this company for some time and knowing what happens behind the scenes is unbeleivable. The employees are very careless and carefree. The owner is very lazy and cares nothing for his customers. I personaly seen him and his crew destroy many vehicles and blame it on a guy who has been fired many times over...
