This summer I took my first vacation without my mom. I had never planned a vacation before. My roommate suggested this travel agent because she has used this agency in the past. I was very happy that I contacted them, they got the best cruise prices, and more information that I could have ever known even existed. I recommend Executive again and again. more

Manager, Nancy, is rude and arrogant 1/30/2008

Manager is rude. her name is Nancy.She interrupted me everytime I spoke. I asked her to give me the respect that I gave her when talking and she kept ignoring what I was saying. I asked her a question and she answered me with sarcasm. Last straw, was when I asked to speak to her supervisor or the owner and she said she was it. I went to the website and the owner is a man. Pros: Nice facility Cons: Manager was rude and treated you like you were a child. more
