They have done everything in a wonderful fashion for me, but what I feel they handle the best is the transition with old and new tenants. It only takes them about 2 weeks to make the home ready to rent, and find new tenants & have them move in. They are truly amazing. more

Since bringing on Executive Home Rentals I have been able to more enjoy my time away. Having someone at home seeing to my assets and handling the day to day operations while I am in town has been a great relief. The problem I was having was tenant retention, not a problem for them. I have seen 2 in 9 months and the home was empty for a week. I feel very comfortable with them in charge. more

I have been happy with these managers since they do seem to care about my needs as a tenant. Im only talking about a few maintenance requests but I feel like they were handled quickly and that my problem or issue was important to them. more
